New EngineOverlapTests verifies all engine types produce overlap-free results. New StrategyOverlapTests checks each fill strategy individually. StripeFillerTests updated to verify returned parts are overlap-free rather than just asserting non-empty results. Remove obsolete FitCircle tests from GeometrySimplifierTests (method was removed).
