Add Phase 3 curve-to-curve direct distance in CpuDistanceComputer to catch contacts that vertex sampling misses between curved entities. Enforce minimum copy distance in FillLinear to prevent bounding box overlap when circumscribed polygon boundaries overshoot true arcs.
