ajandClaude Opus 5.5 fecfcc337e build(help): ship help v0.4.0 with the shared nest server, Drawing Library, drawing sets and releases guides

The server and Database-mode pages were written after v0.3.0 was tagged,
so builds pinned to v0.3.0 had no help for setting up or connecting to a
nest server, or for the library, sets and releases that depend on it.
