ajandClaude Opus 5.5 a9fc9f0afb feat(ui): duplicate a plate by Ctrl+dragging it or from its right-click menu
Copying a layout meant recreating the plate and copying its parts by hand.
Ctrl+drag a row in the Plates list drops a copy at that slot; the row's
right-click menu has Duplicate Plate, which inserts the copy after it.

Plate.CopyLayout copies the sheet (size, outline, spacing, quadrant, grain,
clamps, support bed), the parts with their programs and lead-in state,
common-line groups and cut-off definitions, regenerated in their places in
the sequence, as a save and reload would. The copy is one sheet with no
stock item codes, since those name particular physical sheets. The desktop
gives it its own cutting parameters and records it as one undo step.

ajandClaude Opus 5.5 90a1a087f0 feat(plates): reorder plates by drag and drop in the Plates list
Operators want plates of the same size grouped together so material
doesn't need sorting when it arrives; there was no way to change plate
order. Rows can now be dragged to a new position (with a drop line and
edge auto-scroll), or moved with Alt+Up/Alt+Down. Each move is one
undoable "Move Plate" step and only reorders: quantities are untouched.

The trailing empty new-plate sentinel stays last. An empty plate moved
to the end becomes the sentinel, as the sentinel rule already does on
reload, so the order shown is the order saved.

aj 274651b810 feat(desktop): add Nest > Clear Nest
Clear Nest removes every plate after the first and empties the remaining
plate (parts, cut-offs, repeat quantity), keeping nest metadata and the
first plate's configuration. It asks first, defaulting to No, and refuses
while nesting, a fill, a busy plate action or a database save is running.
The menu item is enabled only when there is something to clear.

ajandClaude Opus 4.6 ede06b1bf6 fix: enforce sentinel reactively in OnPlateAdded/OnPlateRemoved
Without this, RemoveEmptyPlates would destroy the sentinel with no
recovery, and tail-plate subscriptions would go stale after plate list
mutations. Added tests for both scenarios.

ajandClaude Opus 4.6 d12f0cee3e fix: restore auto-navigation on plate add in PlateManager
OnPlateAdded now navigates to the new plate when suppressNavigation is
false, matching the original EditNestForm behavior. Fixed CanRemoveCurrent
test to account for this auto-navigation.

ajandClaude Sonnet 4.6 d93b69c524 feat: implement PlateManager sentinel, reactive subscriptions, and batch ops (Tasks 3-5)
- EnsureSentinel() maintains exactly one trailing empty plate, suppressing navigation events during mutation
- Reactive tail subscriptions (PartAdded/PartRemoved on last two plates) call EnsureSentinel automatically; re-subscribed after each plate list change
- BeginBatch()/EndBatch() defers sentinel enforcement during bulk operations
- GetOrCreateEmpty() returns or creates an empty plate; RemoveCurrent() removes the current plate with index clamping; CanRemoveCurrent guards deletion
- 13 new tests (30 total PlateManager tests), all passing

ajandClaude Sonnet 4.6 ed082a6799 feat: add PlateManager with navigation state and disposal
Introduces PlateChangedEventArgs and PlateManager in OpenNest.Core to centralize plate navigation logic (CurrentIndex, LoadFirst/Last/Next/Previous/At, IsFirst/IsLast). Includes full xUnit test coverage (17 tests) verifying navigation, event firing, and disposal unsubscription.
