The Cincinnati CL post always drew an "incomplete final rapid sequence"
warning because it never declared IPostVerificationSupport. It writes etch
features before cuts, inserts or drops rapids, and with part sub-programs
rapids to each part's corner, so it cannot declare it unconditionally.
IPostVerificationSupport gains a nest-aware PlacedProgramOrderChange(nest)
(null = preserved; otherwise the reason, shown in the warning). The CL post
answers it from its own writer: part sub-programs and smart rapids off, and
every part's and hole's posted motions exactly equal to its placed ones.
Plan Cutting cuts scribes first, so planned nests qualify. CNC output is
unchanged.

Round holes are cut as sub-programs, which are never marked because they
may be shared, so the safest-route fallback could not raise the head for
the rapid into a hole: on interlocked layouts every such crossing stayed
a finding and the plan stayed unverified. A HEAD RAISE marker may now sit
directly before a sub-program call, raising the call's arrival rapid.
- Motion reader: a marked call raises its first rapid; each sub-program
motion records the part's own call that runs it.
- RaisedRapids marks the call when the crossing rapid is its arrival.
- Cincinnati CL keeps the marker with its hole call and writes M47 before
it; part sub-program dedupe now tells marked programs apart.
- CI Fiber raises before the hole's first G0.

Ahead of the new laser schedule, three ways a post could silently cut
with the wrong process, and one way its settings silently reset:
- Cincinnati CL wrote no G89 when no cut library matched the nest's
material, thickness and gas (or no etch library for etch features),
so the controller cut with whatever library it loaded last. It now
refuses, unless the new "Require libraries" setting is turned off.
- Cincinnati CL declared G20/G21 from its own setting without comparing
the nest's units, so a metric nest posted 25.4x too large. It now
refuses a mismatch.
- CI Fiber posted any material missing from its table as the default
code (MSN), so stainless or aluminum ran with mild-steel technology.
A named, unmapped material is now refused; the default code covers
only nests with no material.
- Posts saved their settings beside their DLL, inside the install
folder a Velopack update replaces, so every update reset them to the
shipped defaults. Saves now go to %APPDATA%\OpenNest\Posts and the
shipped JSON only seeds them; constructing a post no longer writes.

Lasers with the Lower Pallet Special Function option need M43 on before
the program's first move. It is written before GOTO1 so restarting at a
later sheet still runs in lower pallet mode, and is off by default.

When no search finds a route that keeps every rapid off parts already
cut, Plan Cutting used to offer only an unverified safest route needing
explicit acceptance. Cincinnati's own software instead raises the head
for such a rapid. Now the safest-route fallback marks each planner-chosen
rapid that still crosses cut parts with a HEAD RAISE comment, and the
plan is Ready with every raise listed. The strict search never marks a
rapid, and the batch prefers fewer broken checks, then fewer raises,
then less travel, so a plate that can be cut head-down never gets one.
The reader flags marked rapids and the checker sets their crossings
apart, in replay and pre-post verification alike. The Cincinnati CL
post writes M47 before a marked rapid whatever the M47 mode (the
distance-based safety raise is unchanged); the CI Fiber post writes a
new Head raise block and refuses marked nests while it is blank, since
its raise code is unconfirmed. Rapids into locked programs, cut-offs
and hole sub-programs are never marked and keep their findings.

Full circles now take InternalLeadIn/InternalLeadOut like every other
cutout; the ArcCircle lead settings and the cutting panel's Arc / Circle
tab are removed. Circle-specific geometry handling (radius clamp, angle
rounding, pierce zone) is unchanged.
Older nest files and desktop settings still load: their arcCircleLeadIn/
arcCircleLeadOut keys are ignored and no longer written, so re-planned
circles take the internal leads. Saved part programs are untouched.

Stock can arrive up to 1.5 in wider than nominal, so only the origin-side
edge is certain. A cut-off with a head-locked overcut cuts past the nominal
far edge with the head height locked, covering the oversize. With that lock,
Plan Cutting may start the far-edge segment at the far edge: overcut outward,
rapid back still locked, unlock, cut toward the origin. Without it the
direction stays fixed, as decided in Project Memory a20ea455.
- CutOff.HeadLockOvercut / FarEdgeFirst, persisted in .nest; HEAD HEIGHT
LOCK/UNLOCK comment markers; far edge is quadrant-aware.
- Planner offers the reversed far-edge segment in the joint search, the
safest route and segment insertion; Apply records the direction.
- Cincinnati CL and CI Fiber posts gain lock/unlock code settings and refuse
head-locked cut-offs while either is empty.
- Automatic cut-off dialog setting (off by default, 1.5 in), kept between
sessions and used for new cut-offs.
Lock codes and machine behaviour with the head locked are unconfirmed.

The safety raise (M47 P<SafetyHeadraiseDistance>) used to fire only when
the next part had a different drawing name, which has nothing to do with
crash risk: a long rapid between copies of the same part got a plain M47,
while a short hop between neighbouring different drawings got the full
raise. Sheets are rarely flat (5/8" plate can be ~1.5" out of flat within
supplier tolerance), and longer rapids cross more of that bow.
Add SafetyHeadraiseRapidDistance (program units, default 12"): any rapid to
the next pierce longer than it takes the safety raise, regardless of
drawing. Unknown travel never does.

Part sub-program calls restored the sheet frame with G92 at the part
corner while the tool sat at the sub-program's last endpoint, shifting
every later part. The call now raises the head, rapids back to local 0,0
and restores there. Parts share a sub-program only when their posted
toolpaths match, so per-part lead-ins are kept.
Suppressed moves are left uncut: the cut resumes with a rapid past them.
Head raises go before the rapid that leaves a feature, one per rapid:
the safety raise now precedes the rapid to a new part instead of
following its first feature, and sub-program mode no longer posts M47
then M47 P2000. M47Mode.Auto posts M47 before rapids longer than
M47OverrideDistanceThreshold and /M47 otherwise. ExteriorM47 applies to
the contour spanning the part's cut extents.
The sheet GOTO targets FeatureLineNumberStart and is omitted without line
numbers. PrepareForNest pre-selects only the gas- and thickness-matching
library. Part programs are read through absolute copies, never switched
to absolute in place.
Removes the unimplemented UseSheetSubprograms, CoordModeBetweenParts and
ProcessParameterMode (G89Mode); old configs still load.

Hole sub-programs are stored incremental but were written under G90 as
if absolute, producing invalid arcs. The registry now posts absolute
copies and leaves the nest's programs untouched.
Sheet-level hole calls omitted the part location from G52, so every
part's holes were cut near the sheet origin. Calls now shift to the
part location plus the hole offset.
Hole calls were matched to sub-programs by call id, which planned
emission numbers 1, 2, ... per drawing, so holes from different drawings
shared the first drawing's sub-program and diameter. Calls are now keyed
by program reference and deduplicated by posted toolpath.
A part opening with a hole call got a synthetic rapid that posted an
empty pierce on the part edge. The rapid is now only inserted before a
contour motion with no rapid ahead of it; the hole call carries the
part comment and safety head raise that feature used to hold.
The sheet writer re-sorted parts bottom-then-left with cut-offs last.
Plate order is the cut sequence, so parts now post in plate order.
Regression tests replay the posted G-code for off-origin parts of
several drawings and check each hole's center and radius.

Repo-wide sweep with the pinned CSharpier 1.3.0 tool. Whitespace and
line-wrapping only; OpenNest.Engine.Tests (109) and OpenNest.IO.Tests
pass after reformat, full solution builds 0 errors.
Added .csharpierignore so csproj/config XML keeps its existing layout
(CSharpier's XML wrapping churns attributes with zero benefit).
Formatting is now enforceable: dotnet csharpier check . passes.
Instead of emitting separate M98 calls per identical sheet, use the L
(loop count) parameter so the operator can adjust quantity at the control.
M50 pallet exchange moves inside the sheet subprogram so each L iteration
gets its own exchange cycle. GOTO targets now correspond to layout groups.
Also fixes sheet name comment outputting dimensions in wrong order.

Rapid traversing back to origin over a sheet of freshly cut parts risks
collisions with tipped or warped pieces. Removed from both the sheet
footer and part subprogram endings.

Cutoff features now substitute plate-edge coordinates with #SheetWidthVariable
and #SheetLengthVariable references. Vertical cutoffs at Y=plate_width emit
Y#110, horizontal cutoffs at X=plate_length emit X#111. Segmented cutoffs
only substitute the edge coordinate, interior segment endpoints stay literal.

When programs have user-defined variables, the Cincinnati post now:
- Assigns numbered machine variables (#200, #201, etc.) to non-inline variables
- Emits declarations like #200=48.0 (SHEET WIDTH) in the variable declaration subprogram
- Emits X#200 instead of X48.0 in coordinates that have VariableRefs
- Handles global variables (shared number across drawings) vs local (per-drawing number)
- Inline variables emit the literal value as before

The CAD converter and BOM import were stripping the leading RapidMove
after normalizing program coordinates to origin. This left programs
starting with a LinearMove, causing the post-processor to use that
endpoint as the pierce point — making the first contour edge zero-length
and losing the closing segment (e.g. the bottom line on curved parts).
Root cause: CadConverterForm.GetDrawings(), OnSplitClicked(), and
BomImportForm all called pgm.Codes.RemoveAt(0) after offsetting the
rapid to origin. The rapid at (0,0) is a harmless no-op that marks the
contour start point for downstream processing.
Also adds EnsureLeadingRapid() safety net in the Cincinnati post for
existing nest files that already have the rapid stripped.

Part.Program stores coordinates relative to the part's own origin, but
the Cincinnati post processor emits G90 (absolute positioning). Inline
features were writing part-relative coordinates directly without adding
Part.Location, producing incorrect output. Sub-program mode was
unaffected because it uses G92 to set up local coordinate systems.

G-code output was concatenated without spaces (e.g. N1005G0X1.4375Y-0.6562).
Now emits standard spacing (N1005 G0 X1.4375 Y-0.6562) across all motion
commands, line numbers, kerf comp, feedrates, M-codes, and comments.

Each unique part geometry (drawing + rotation) is written once as a
reusable sub-program called via M98, reducing output size for nests
with repeated parts. G92 coordinate repositioning handles per-instance
plate placement with restore after each call. Cut-offs remain inline.
Controlled by UsePartSubprograms (default false) and PartSubprogramStart
config properties.
