Repo-wide sweep with the pinned CSharpier 1.3.0 tool. Whitespace and
line-wrapping only; OpenNest.Engine.Tests (109) and OpenNest.IO.Tests
pass after reformat, full solution builds 0 errors.
Added .csharpierignore so csproj/config XML keeps its existing layout
(CSharpier's XML wrapping churns attributes with zero benefit).
Formatting is now enforceable: dotnet csharpier check . passes.
Replace stored property setters (BestPartCount, BestDensity, NestedWidth,
NestedLength, NestedArea) with computed properties that derive values from
BestParts, with a lazy cache invalidated on setter. Add internal
ProgressReport struct to replace the 7-parameter ReportProgress signature.
Update all 13 callsites and AccumulatingProgress. Delete FormatPhaseName
in favor of NestPhase.ShortName() extension.

Show width x length and total part area on the "Nested:" row
in the nesting progress dialog, using the existing GetBoundingBox
extension to compute the extents.
