GeometrySimplifierTests hardcoded a customer DXF on one user's desktop and
returned early when it was missing, so the test passed without running
anywhere else. Read the path from the optional "SimplifierGapDxfPath"
entry in test-config.json and report a skip when it is not configured,
matching the other external-fixture tests.
Replace the customer part name in a RemnantFinderTests comment with a
neutral description. Customer drawings stay outside the repository.
Repo-wide sweep with the pinned CSharpier 1.3.0 tool. Whitespace and
line-wrapping only; OpenNest.Engine.Tests (109) and OpenNest.IO.Tests
pass after reformat, full solution builds 0 errors.
Added .csharpierignore so csproj/config XML keeps its existing layout
(CSharpier's XML wrapping churns attributes with zero benefit).
Formatting is now enforceable: dotnet csharpier check . passes.
GeometrySimplifier/ArcFit now fit arcs that pass exactly through run
endpoints while balancing tangency error between trusted and estimated
directions, fixing arcs that previously bulged or broke tangent
continuity at fillet/compound-curve junctions.
GravographIS post processor gains per-layer (engrave/cut) tool passes
via a new GravographISPostConfig, so ENGRAVE/ETCH-tagged geometry runs
as a separate scribe pass with its own feed/depth and an operator
pause before the cut pass (spring-floated spindle needs a tool swap).

Consolidated two stateless classes into one unified API: Dxf.Import(),
Dxf.GetGeometry(), Dxf.ExportPlate(), Dxf.ExportProgram(). Export
state moved into a private ExportContext. Removed bool+out pattern
from GetGeometry in favor of returning empty list on failure.

Move 43 root-level test files into feature-specific subdirectories
mirroring the main codebase structure: Geometry, Fill, BestFit, CutOffs,
CuttingStrategy, Engine, IO. Update namespaces to match folder paths.
