aj 8f568482bc fix(planning): keep a blank's outline on its applied program
An applied cutting program for a display-perimeter blank held only its
cutouts, so the part shrank to them: a 30 x 20 door reported an 11.5 x 20
extent, overlap and the plate view lost the blank, and running automatic
cut-offs afterwards added lines straight through it.

A complete emission now ends with a display tail: a marker comment, a
rapid to the outline and the outline on the display perimeter layer. The
part keeps the blank's bounds and material, so later cut-offs still have
nothing to cut and the door plans again as before. Nothing executes the
tail: executed reads stop at the marker, so search, replay and the
pre-post review see only the cuts, and cut time, the rapid display and the
cut simulation leave it out. DisplayPerimeterTail.ForPosting gives posts
the program without it and refuses an unplanned display perimeter.

ajandClaude Opus 5.5 d3cb23f117 fix: time display-layer cuts, add hole feed and etch skipping
The cut simulation treated Display-layer contour moves (what cutting
strategies emit) as head-up travel, so plates with assigned lead-ins were
timed as rapids. They now cut, matching the verifier and posts, and
suppressed moves are left out.

Cut time now follows the CI Fiber post: closed clockwise contours and
cut-offs take an outside feed, other contours a hole feed, and etch-only
contours can be skipped like its SkipScribe default. The settings are
shared by Calculate Cut Time and the simulator, and plate/nest times now
always come from the simulation.

ajandClaude Opus 5.5 095b4d6e72 feat: time cuts with machine acceleration limits
A Grbl-style lookahead planner re-times the cut simulation with
trapezoidal acceleration, junction-deviation corner speeds and a
centripetal cap on arcs. Machines gain cut/rapid acceleration and corner
deviation in Machine Configuration, with placeholder values until the
controller's are entered. The simulator and Calculate Cut Time pick the
machine (or full speed), and the simulator shows the live head speed.

ajandClaude Opus 5.5 90a6d9e4d2 refactor(core): drop System.Drawing.Common and fix CutParameters namespace
Core only uses System.Drawing.Color, which ships in the shared framework, so
the System.Drawing.Common package (Windows-only beyond primitives) was an
unneeded dependency of the cross-platform domain library. The desktop app
keeps its own reference.

CutParameters lives in OpenNest.Core but declared namespace OpenNest.Api,
forcing Core and desktop files to import the Api namespace for a Core type.

aj 87849e5326 feat(desktop): show clamps to pull and their time
Slice 3b task 3 (D9 + display). OpenNest.Core: TimingInfo gains
ClampRemovalMinutes (included in +, -, * so every aggregation stays
consistent); Timing.GetTimingInfo(Plate) adds plate.ClampRemovalMinutes
once per physical sheet, before the quantity multiply so it scales
with everything else cut on that sheet; CalculateTime adds it to the
estimate as a flat number of minutes regardless of the cut parameters'
unit. A plate with nothing removed is unaffected (zero).

OpenNest.Data: ClampSettings and ClampRailEditor carry RemovalMinutes
through the same three boundaries as clamp size - the rail/constructor,
the settings file (missing key falls back to
ClampRail.DefaultRemovalMinutes; present but negative/non-numeric/null
is ignored and reported Partial, same as width/depth), and
ToMachineDefaults - except it is a time, not a length, so
ConvertedTo never scales it between inches and millimeters.

Desktop: ClampsForm gets a 'Minutes to remove and replace one clamp'
field wired to the editor; PlateRenderer.DrawRemovedClamps draws each
clamp Plate.RemovedClamps lists (resolved from the full rail, since a
removed clamp is absent from Plate.ClampZones) as a dashed grey
outline with a small 'remove' marker, distinct from an active clamp's
solid hatch and still display-only - no hit test, selection or
sequencing; PlateView calls it right after the active-zone pass.
MainForm's Auto Nest completion flow lists every committed sheet with
a removal as 'Sheet N: remove clamp-X (+5 min)', using
Plate.RemovedClamps/ClampRemovalMinutes from Slice 3b tasks 1-2.

Tests: 10 new Data (ClampSettingsTests, ClampRailEditorTests) covering
round-trip/default/invalid-value handling and the never-scaled-by-units
rule; 4 new Core (TimingTests) covering the per-sheet add, the quantity
scaling, CalculateTime, and nest-level aggregation across plates.
Desktop changes (dialog field, renderer, Auto Nest summary) are
compile-verified only (-p:EnableWindowsTargeting=true), matching the
project's existing WinForms testing bar - no automated UI test exists
for the sibling DrawClampZones either.

Gates: Release OpenNest.Tests 3898 passed/31 skipped, OpenNest.IO.Tests
105 passed, OpenNest.Engine.Tests 878 passed/2 skipped; desktop and
OpenNest.WinForms.Tests cross-builds clean; scoped dotnet format
--verify-no-changes clean.

This completes Slice 3b (D8/D9) on top of Slice 3's rail-following
plates. Not published; master and other feature/clamp-zones-* branches
untouched. Windows runtime/visual acceptance not claimed - the plan's
click-through checklist (after slices 3-5) still applies.

aj aec0523062 style: apply CSharpier formatting to all C# sources
Repo-wide sweep with the pinned CSharpier 1.3.0 tool. Whitespace and
line-wrapping only; OpenNest.Engine.Tests (109) and OpenNest.IO.Tests
pass after reformat, full solution builds 0 errors.

Added .csharpierignore so csproj/config XML keeps its existing layout
(CSharpier's XML wrapping churns attributes with zero benefit).

Formatting is now enforceable: dotnet csharpier check . passes.

ajandClaude Sonnet 4.6 b6bd7eda6e refactor: move CutParameters to OpenNest.Api namespace with new properties
Relocates CutParameters from OpenNest namespace to OpenNest.Api, adds
LeadInLength and PostProcessor properties, and provides a typed Default
factory. Updates Timing.cs, the WinForms project reference, and the three
consuming forms to resolve the type from the new namespace.
