The support grid was one shared support-grid.json, off by default, and a nest
had no machine at all, so a plasma table and a fiber laser could not have
different grids, and nothing could pick machine-specific behavior later
(lead-ins differ between laser and plasma; tabbing depends on the grid).
- Nest.Machine (id + name) persists as top-level `machine` in nest.json;
malformed values load as none.
- MachineConfig.SupportGrid holds each machine's grid; a machine without one
still falls back to the legacy support-grid.json.
- New and BOM import assign the Tools > Nest Defaults machine (first by name
when none is chosen) and give the nest that machine's grid.
- Nest > Machine reassigns a nest and swaps in the new machine's grid;
Nest > Support Grid saves machine defaults to the nest's machine.

A Grbl-style lookahead planner re-times the cut simulation with
trapezoidal acceleration, junction-deviation corner speeds and a
centripetal cap on arcs. Machines gain cut/rapid acceleration and corner
deviation in Machine Configuration, with placeholder values until the
controller's are entered. The simulator and Calculate Cut Time pick the
machine (or full speed), and the simulator shows the live head speed.

MaterialConfig only ever had one grade per material name, so the tree
and GetMaterial/GetParameters couldn't represent e.g. Mild Steel A36
vs. A1011 as distinct, independently-parameterized entries. Prep work
for an upcoming drawing database that will store material + grade per
drawing and needs to resolve cut parameters by that pair.
- MachineConfig gains GetMaterial(name, grade), GetGrades(name), and a
GetParameters(material, grade, thickness) overload, all keyed through
the existing SharedListNames normalization. The name-only overloads
stay for back-compat ("first grade found").
- MachineConfigForm's tree gains a real tier: Machine -> Material name
(synthetic grouping node) -> Grade -> Thickness. Add/remove gained
"Add Grade" and split "Delete Material" (all grades) from "Delete
Grade" (one entry). Renaming a grade's Name relocates its node to the
matching (or a new) group on focus-loss, keeping the tree in sync
without a full reload.
- No schema/JSON changes; existing machine files keep working as-is.

Repo-wide sweep with the pinned CSharpier 1.3.0 tool. Whitespace and
line-wrapping only; OpenNest.Engine.Tests (109) and OpenNest.IO.Tests
pass after reformat, full solution builds 0 errors.
Added .csharpierignore so csproj/config XML keeps its existing layout
(CSharpier's XML wrapping churns attributes with zero benefit).
Formatting is now enforceable: dotnet csharpier check . passes.
