Offsetting entity by entity leaves spikes and inverted loops wherever a
feature is narrower than the spacing, and RemoveSelfIntersections only
catches proper crossings. ClipperBridge flattens a ShapeProfile into one
region (perimeter positive, cutouts negative) and inflates it in a single
Clipper pass with round joins, so narrow features collapse and holes that
close up disappear.
Conservative mode circumscribes perimeter arcs, inscribes cutout arcs and
pads the inflation by the chord tolerance, so the result never
under-estimates the spacing. It replaces the circumscribed-polygon
guarantee the BestFit/PartBoundary callers rely on.
Clipper stays confined to CPU preparation whose output is cached; the
per-pair Collision path remains hand-rolled for GPU portability.
LayoutPart's display offset now goes through the bridge.

PEP-exported programs carry arc centers that are not equidistant from the
start and end points (e.g. I0.03 on a 0.0598 chord). Building the arc from
the end radius left its start off the previous move's end, so contours
failed to chain. Project the center onto the chord's perpendicular bisector.
The Draw Offset display offset each entity separately, which left spikes and
inverted loops wherever a feature is narrower than the spacing (1.nest,
P260417-06). Inflate the flattened region with Clipper instead, which
collapses narrow features and drops holes that close up.

_labelPoint is computed from BaseDrawing.Program's current geometry,
which already carries BaseDrawing.Program.Rotation (non-zero for
canonical-frame drawings). BasePart.Rotation is cumulative from that
same baseline, so it must be re-applied net of the baseline already
baked into _labelPoint, mirroring CanonicalFrame.RebindToOriginal.
Repo-wide sweep with the pinned CSharpier 1.3.0 tool. Whitespace and
line-wrapping only; OpenNest.Engine.Tests (109) and OpenNest.IO.Tests
pass after reformat, full solution builds 0 errors.
Added .csharpierignore so csproj/config XML keeps its existing layout
(CSharpier's XML wrapping churns attributes with zero benefit).
Formatting is now enforceable: dotnet csharpier check . passes.
Box constructor and derived properties (Right, Top, Center, Translate, Offset)
had Width and Length swapped — Length is X axis, Width is Y axis. Corrected
across Core geometry, plate bounding box, rectangle packing, fill algorithms,
tests, and UI renderers.
Added FillSpiral with center remnant detection and recursive FillBest on
the gap between the 4 spiral quadrants. RectFill.FillBest now compares
spiral+center vs full best-fit fairly. BestCombination returns a
CombinationResult record instead of out params.

Restructure the cutting parameters dialog with separate Lead-In and
Lead-Out GroupBoxes per tab, exposing editable length/angle/radius
fields for lead-outs (previously hardcoded). Add Tabs section with
enable checkbox and width control. Also fix lead-in/lead-out angle
calculations and convert cutting strategy output to incremental mode.

Add GetGraphicsPaths/AddProgramSplit to GraphicsHelper that builds separate
GraphicsPath objects for cut vs lead-in/lead-out codes, skipping suppressed
codes. Update LayoutPart to use split paths when HasManualLeadIns is set,
drawing lead-in geometry in yellow regardless of selection state.

Etch marks for up bends are now real geometry entities on an ETCH layer
instead of being drawn dynamically. They flow through the full pipeline:
entities → FilterPanel layers → ConvertGeometry (tagged as Scribe) →
post-processor sequencing before cut geometry.
Also includes ShapeProfile normalization (CW perimeter, CCW cutouts)
applied consistently across all import paths, and inward offset support
for cutout shapes in overlap/offset polygon calculations.

- Replace raw Panel with EntityView (via SplitPreview subclass) for proper
zoom-to-point, middle-button pan, and double-buffered rendering
- Add draggable handles for tab/spike positions along split lines; positions
flow through to WeldGapTabSplit and SpikeGrooveSplit via SplitLine.FeaturePositions
- Fix OK/Cancel buttons hidden off-screen by putting them in a bottom-docked panel
- Fix DrawControl not invalidating on resize
- Swap plate Width/Length label order, default edge spacing to 0.5
- Rename tab labels: Tab Width→Tab Length, Tab Height→Weld Gap, default count 2
- Spike depth now calculated (read-only), groove depth means positioning depth
beyond spike tip (default 0.125), converted to total depth internally
- Set entity layers visible so EntityView renders them

Compute the label point from the base drawing's unrotated program
and rotate the cached point instead of recomputing on each rotation.
Prevents label jitter caused by arc discretization differences.

Replace PathPoints[0] label positioning with polylabel algorithm
to place part ID labels at the visual center of each part. Labels
are now centered and readable even in dense nests.

Cache offset polygon geometry on LayoutPart so DrawOffset no longer
recomputes the expensive offset pipeline every paint cycle. The costly
OffsetEntity/ToPolygonWithTolerance/RemoveSelfIntersections chain now
runs only when rotation, spacing, or tolerance actually changes.
Also update temporary parts in UpdateMatrix() so preview parts during
nesting scale correctly with zoom.

Move all projects from Source/ to repository root for simpler navigation.
- Remove External/ dependency DLLs (will use NuGet packages)
- Remove Installer/ NSIS script
- Replace PartCollection/PlateCollection with ObservableList
- Add packages.config for NuGet dependencies
