Rotated imported arcs whose start and end radii differ by ~5e-11 are
converted without refitting their centre, so their rebuilt start point
lands just outside the cached part bounds. The allowance scaled with
coordinate magnitude (4096 steps, ~2.9e-11 here) and rejected them,
which stopped Plan Cutting's "Add scrap cut-offs" with "Converted
material extends outside cached part bounds". Use the existing 1e-10
cap as an absolute allowance; larger mismatches still block planning.

When the end tail was shorter than the minimum tail to keep, the planner
dropped the separator but still stopped the strip grid at it, so the last
strip ran to the sheet end and could exceed the maximum spacing (e.g. a
39-inch strip from 105 to 144 with 35-inch spacing). The grid now spans the
whole sheet whenever the separator is skipped, keeping every strip within
the spacing.

A direct CutOff.Regenerate(plate, settings) call with no perimeter
cache argument trusted Part.BoundingBox plus a sub-epsilon roundoff
allowance. A legitimately larger arc refit (ConvertProgram fitting
an imported arc's center to its chord) can protrude past that cached
box by more than the roundoff, so an uncached manual cutoff could
emit a segment crossing the part's true converted material.
Every production call site (Plate.RegenerateCutOffs,
AutomaticCutOffPlanner, the desktop cutoff tools) already builds and
passes a Plate.BuildPerimeterCache dictionary, so this only affects a
direct/uncached caller. Extract the per-part conversion out of
BuildPerimeterCache into Plate.BuildPartPerimeter and use it as a
lazy, on-the-fly fallback in CutOff.ComputeSegments whenever no cache
dictionary is supplied at all, so the uncached path gets the same
conservative envelope as the cached one instead of silently trusting
the bare bounding box. Cached behavior (including a cache's own
explicit null entries from a failed conversion) is unchanged.

A cut-off line passing exactly through a vertex of the clearance outline
got duplicate intersection hits and fell back to the part's bounding box.
Automatic strip lines sit on a 0.05 lattice that often lands on such
vertices, and the strip search preferred them because the box fallback
measured as less cutting, so planned cut-offs looked box-trimmed while a
slightly moved manual line was trimmed correctly.
Slice the polygonal clearance outline exactly with half-open edges:
crossing vertices count once, touching vertices zero or twice, edges on
the line are excluded whole. Zero clearance and non-polygon outlines keep
the existing path and its conservative fallback.
Avoid shortest round-trip decimal text for already-integral doubles. The failing tie regression and the independent 9,163-case exact-integer sweep now keep the fewer-pierce result.
Reserve nominal-line slots in the candidate lattice, compare rounded lengths in exact micro-units before pierce ties, and report real fixed-grid cut length. Per-line notices name local increases instead of negative savings. Failing-first regressions cover dense spacing, decimal ties and the legacy summary.
Plate.ClampZones are stored relative to the sheet's lower-left corner,
but cut-off positions, motions and part poses use the signed quadrant
frame. The automatic cutoff planner, manual cut-off contacts, clamp
rapid warnings and whole-plate overlap capture compared the two
directly, so in quadrants 2-4 a cut or rapid through a real rail clamp
was neither avoided nor warned about.
Add ClampZoneFrame.ToPlacement, which maps live zones into the
placement frame exactly like the sheet and engine stock, and use it in
every Slice 5 consumer. It rejects missing or malformed zones (bounds
stay publicly mutable); pre-post verification reports those as an
incomplete clamp check instead of a clear result. Overlap freshness now
treats a size or quadrant change as moving the zones.
Tests use real ClampRail zones in all quadrants; the hand-signed
quadrant fixtures that hid the defect are converted to rails.

The automatic cutoff planner tested only the proposed X against active
clamp spans, then certified a tolerance-close existing line at its own
X. A manual line just inside a clamp edge could therefore be reported
as a verified tail separator. Test the proposed X and every equivalent
existing definition before regenerating.
Also keep a same-line limited manual cut blocking the whole plan when
it lies on a clamp, as it did before clamp checks were added.

A cut-off's place in Plate.Parts is its cut sequence number, but
RegenerateCutOffs removed every cut-off part and appended it again, so
any part drag, fill or cut-off move sent the cut-offs to the end. The
nest file didn't store the position either, so reopening did the same.
RegenerateCutOffs now puts each cut-off back at its previous index (new
cut-offs go at the end), and CutOffDto.Sequence saves the index. Older
files without it load the cut-offs at the end, as before.
Per-entity offsetting left spikes and inverted loops wherever a feature is
narrower than the spacing (1.nest), and RemoveSelfIntersections only
caught proper crossings. The callers that already flatten to polygons now
take a single Clipper region offset instead:
- PolygonHelper (BestFit) and PartBoundary use the conservative mode, which
keeps their never-under-estimate guarantee. PartBoundary also keeps holes
that appear when a perimeter curls back on itself.
- NestValidator offsets perimeter and cutouts in one region; Clipper drops
collapsed cutouts, so the collapsed-or-flipped heuristic goes away.
- CutOff.IntersectPerimeter offsets through the bridge. The old
OffsetEntity(Left) grew CW perimeters but shrank CCW ones, so with the
plate's perimeter cache a cut-off ran through the part; slots narrower
than twice the clearance now close up instead of leaving a gap.
- GetOffsetPartLines (3 overloads) and the AddOffset* helpers had no
callers and are removed, as is EntityView's never-defined DRAW_OFFSET
block.

Repo-wide sweep with the pinned CSharpier 1.3.0 tool. Whitespace and
line-wrapping only; OpenNest.Engine.Tests (109) and OpenNest.IO.Tests
pass after reformat, full solution builds 0 errors.
Added .csharpierignore so csproj/config XML keeps its existing layout
(CSharpier's XML wrapping churns attributes with zero benefit).
Formatting is now enforceable: dotnet csharpier check . passes.
Move 43 root-level test files into feature-specific subdirectories
mirroring the main codebase structure: Geometry, Fill, BestFit, CutOffs,
CuttingStrategy, Engine, IO. Update namespaces to match folder paths.
