Add NestStatus (Quote/ToBeCut/HasBeenCut) plus MadeBy on Nest, written as
additive camelCase nest.json fields with PascalCase enum strings matching
the units convention. Legacy files and unknown status values fall back to
Quote. The nest info dialog gains a Status dropdown and Made By box.
A cut-off's place in Plate.Parts is its cut sequence number, but
RegenerateCutOffs removed every cut-off part and appended it again, so
any part drag, fill or cut-off move sent the cut-offs to the end. The
nest file didn't store the position either, so reopening did the same.
RegenerateCutOffs now puts each cut-off back at its previous index (new
cut-offs go at the end), and CutOffDto.Sequence saves the index. Older
files without it load the cut-offs at the end, as before.
Repo-wide sweep with the pinned CSharpier 1.3.0 tool. Whitespace and
line-wrapping only; OpenNest.Engine.Tests (109) and OpenNest.IO.Tests
pass after reformat, full solution builds 0 errors.
Added .csharpierignore so csproj/config XML keeps its existing layout
(CSharpier's XML wrapping churns attributes with zero benefit).
Formatting is now enforceable: dotnet csharpier check . passes.
Entities now have a Guid Id for stable identity across edit sessions.
Drawing stores the full source entity set (SourceEntities) and a set of
suppressed entity IDs (SuppressedEntityIds), replacing the previous
SuppressedProgram approach. Unchecked entities in the converter are
suppressed rather than permanently removed, so they can be re-enabled
when editing drawings again.
Entities are serialized as JSON in the nest file (entities/entities-N)
alongside the existing G-code programs. Backward compatible with older
nest files that lack entity data.

Add PlateOptions and SalvageRate properties to the Nest class and
round-trip them through NestWriter/NestReader via a new PlateOptionDto.

Material and thickness are properties of the nest (all plates share the
same material/gauge), not individual plates. This moves them to the Nest
class, removes them from Plate and PlateSettings, and updates the UI so
EditNestInfoForm has a material field while EditPlateForm no longer shows
thickness. The nest file format gains top-level thickness/material fields
with backward-compatible reading from PlateDefaults for old files.

G89 library files from material/thickness/gas configuration
- Add Nest.AssistGas property with serialization support in nest format
- Add etch library support with separate gas configuration
- Fix CutOff tests to match AwayFromOrigin default cut direction
- Fix plate info label not updating after ResizePlateToFitParts
- Add cutoff and remnants toolbar button icons

Add FileExtension and FileFilter constants to NestFormat and update all
references across Console, MCP, Training, and WinForms projects.

- Add verbose per-file and per-sheet-size console output during collection
- Skip already-processed parts at the sheet-size level instead of all-or-nothing
- Precompute best-fits once per part and reuse across all sheet sizes
- Clear best-fit cache after each part to prevent memory growth
- Save best-fits in separate bestfits/ zip entries instead of embedding in nest.json
- Filter to Keep=true results only and scope to plate sizes in the nest
- Set nest name to match filename (includes sheet size and part count)
- Add TrainingDatabase with per-run skip logic and SQLite schema

Rename SizeDto.Height to SizeDto.Length so the serialized JSON
uses "width"/"length" which is more natural for plate materials.
The core Size struct still uses Height internally.

Replace three separate XML metadata files (info, drawing-info,
plate-info) and per-plate G-code placement files with a single
nest.json inside the ZIP archive. Programs remain as G-code text
under a programs/ folder.
This eliminates ~400 lines of hand-written XML read/write code
and fragile ID-based dictionary linking. Now uses System.Text.Json
with DTO records for clean serialization. Also adds Priority and
Constraints fields to drawing serialization (previously omitted).
