so the Cincinnati post processor DLL builds before the main app, ensuring

Move brute-force data collection, TrainingDatabase, and GPU init from
OpenNest.Console into a dedicated OpenNest.Training project. Replaces
raw Microsoft.Data.Sqlite with EF Core. Console is now a pure nesting
CLI with template support and cleaned-up usage output.

Supports plate size/spacing overrides, quantity limits, overlap
checking with exit codes, and benchmark-friendly flags (--no-save,
--no-log). The MCP test_engine tool shells out to this project.

PartBitmap class that rasterizes Drawing closed shapes into integer grids
