Priority worked like a rank (lower first) with a default of 0, and the
Edit Drawing form stopped at 0, so moving one part ahead of the rest
meant renumbering every other drawing. Higher-first lets a user raise a
single part to 1 and leave everything else at the default.
Every engine, filler and candidate comparer now serves the highest tier
first. Stored values keep their order:
- .nest files add `nestPriority` and keep writing the negated value under
`priority`, so older readers nest in the same order; files without
`nestPriority` are negated on read. Drawing packages strip both, so
package hashes are unchanged.
- Library settings send both keys the same way for older clients.
- Server schema v18 negates stored drawing priorities (an older server
refuses the upgraded database).
- Job documents move to version 2; version 1 jobs are converted, and an
older worker refuses version 2 instead of reversing the order.
The Edit Drawing form now accepts negative priorities and says higher
numbers nest first.

The repo mixed variants such as center/centre and color/colour, so a
name could be spelled either way and searches missed half the hits.
Standardize on the US spelling, matching .NET's own APIs (Color, Center).
Wire values owned by other systems keep their spelling: the material
ledger's "Cancelled" hold status and GitHub's "cancelled" job status.
No behavior change beyond the spelling of a few status messages.

DefaultPlateFiller.PackArea (Default, Strip and both Remnant strategies)
now packs leftover parts with the shared maximal-rectangles packer instead
of bottom-left corner points. Every fit rule and pick mode is tried; the
layout placing the most parts, then box area, per priority tier wins, and
the strategy's own fill comparer breaks ties so remnant strategies keep
their clear side. PackBottomLeft and PackEngine are removed.
Rectangle-lane benchmark (91 strict + 77 boxable jobs) against the old
packer: no strategy lost a valid layout; Default, Vertical Remnant,
Horizontal Remnant and Strip complete 2-3 more strict jobs, and Strip
gains a valid one. Cost on jobs complete in both runs falls for every
strategy (Default -0.6% strict, -2.7% boxable). Default is about 7-10%
slower on the changed jobs.
Golden layouts for Default and both Remnant strategies are re-captured;
each is complete, passes NestLayoutCheck and repeats exactly.
