feat: add post processor support to console app
Load IPostProcessor plugin DLLs from Posts/ directory (same convention as the WinForms app) and run them after nesting via --post <name>. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
