fix(ui): enlarge the app icon's glyph so it matches taskbar neighbors

The sheet glyph filled only about half of a near-black tile that vanished
on the dark taskbar, so the icon read much smaller than other apps'.
Scale the glyph 1.3x, lighten the tile and give it a pale edge, then
re-render every .ico frame (16-256 px) directly from the SVG.
