fix: ignore .claude/ at any depth, not just repo root

The previous pattern `/.claude/` only matched at the repository root.
Subdirectory `.claude/` folders (e.g., EmailSearch/.claude/) were not
ignored, risking accidental commits of local Claude Code settings.
