aj 0e05ad04ea refactor: clean up PlateView after component extraction
Remove dead programIdFont field, unused imports (OpenNest.CNC,
System.ComponentModel, OpenNest.Math, System.Collections.ObjectModel).
PlateView is now 692 lines (down from 1035).
