ajandClaude Opus 5.5 ec8fd6f8ed fix(packing): correct circle fill axes and centers ...

FillEndOdd and FillEndEven read Box.Width as the X span, though it is
the Y span, so non-square sheets got the wrong pitch. They also started
centers at the bin corner, leaving circles a radius outside it.

FillEndEven now tries both stripe directions, as FillEndOdd does.
