ajandClaude Opus 5.5 8f73704bef feat(server): migrate v4 drawing library data to schema v5 ...

The v4 upgrade now keeps existing library data: each distinct package
blob is stored once by hash, every revision and current row is copied
with default nesting settings, and the v4 drawing tables are dropped,
all in the migration transaction. Pre-v4 databases get the v5 tables
directly.
