ajandClaude Opus 5.5 2c1a8eef42 refactor(reporting): split NestReportBuilder.Capture into focused helpers ...

Capture had grown to one 120-line method mixing plate validation, part
placement counting and drawing reconciliation, with a local function
holding the ID state. Separate those steps and move ID assignment into a
small registry so each rule can be read on its own. Validation order and
the snapshot are unchanged.
