ajandClaude Opus 5.5 9b643aaec9 feat(engine): refill the pair grid's leftover strip with rows of pairs
The pair filler topped its grid off with single parts at 0 or 90 degrees,
so a narrow strip beside the grid held half of what it could: on a 60x120
sheet of N26-29X parts the plate fill gave 132, while deleting the last
column and filling the strip gave 136. The strip is now also laid out the
way the Row strategy lays one, rows of best-fit pairs turned so whole pairs
span it, and that layout replaces the singles when it places more.

Each strip size is laid out once per fill and skipped when the singles
already fill it by area. On the benchmark nest the plate fill now reaches
136 with the hand-made layout's rotations, about 17% slower (156 s vs
133 s with best fits cached). The pinned L-shape fills gain a part (52 to
53). The auto-nest problem-nest corpus keeps its baseline.
