AJ Isaacs 4db51b8cdf fix: regenerate cut-offs on part rotation and default cut direction ...

- Regenerate cut-off programs after RotateSelectedParts so cut lines
  update when parts are rotated, not just moved
- Change default CutDirection from TowardOrigin to AwayFromOrigin so
  cuts start at the origin axis
