ajandClaude Opus 5.5 fe216be2b4 build(help): pin opennest-help v0.5.0

v0.5.0 adds the sheet-cutoff topic the Sheet Cut-Off tool opens on F1;
with v0.4.0 that F1 fell back to the help home page.
