Creates PolygonHelper.cs in OpenNest.Engine.BestFit with ExtractPerimeterPolygon (returning PolygonExtractionResult with polygon + correction vector) and RotatePolygon. AutoNester.ExtractPerimeterPolygon and RotatePolygon become thin delegates. Adds MakeSquareDrawing/MakeLShapeDrawing to TestHelpers and 6 PolygonHelperTests.
