A support-tabbed part that no single tab can hold level may tip once cut, yet its tabbed outside was crossable like any retained part, so Plan Cutting could rapid back across a row of long strips. Its outside is now a rapid obstacle, closed across its tab gap, in the search, replay, cut-off insertion and the safest route. Its fallback entries are ranked toward the next cut rather than steadiest first, so a long strip can be left toward the next part, and the "cut those two the other way round" rule applies only when the approach crosses no other part.
