ajandClaude Opus 5.5 7d9f900633 feat(posts): add the Cincinnati lower pallet function (M43/M44) ...

Lasers with the Lower Pallet Special Function option need M43 on before
the program's first move. It is written before GOTO1 so restarting at a
later sheet still runs in lower pallet mode, and is off by default.
