refactor(fill): simplify FindPatternCopyDistance — extract pair loop, remove redundant span calculation
The pattern bounding box already computes max(upper) - min(lower), so the manual loop was redundant. Extract the N×N pair distance loop into a static FindMaxPairDistance helper.
