Subject: [PATCH] test(ui): pin the SegmentedCut notice the cutoff dialog
 details box shows

Windows CI proved the default single-plate fixture is not notice-free;
the details box now surfaces the SegmentedCut notice that the old text
wall buried. Assert the real content instead of a clean box.
