feat: add support for custom Outlook folder search

Browse Source 
- Allow searching custom folders by name (e.g., "Projects", "Archive")
- Add recursive folder search through all stores/accounts
- Include Inbox subfolders when searching "All"
- Update parameter descriptions to document custom folder support
