feat: Add MCP tools for job management and optimization
Add JobTools class exposing MCP tools for:
- Job CRUD (list, get, create, update, delete)
- Part management (add single, batch add, delete)
- Stock assignments (add, delete)
- Bin packing optimization with kerf override
- Cutting tool listing
