aj 383fa19cf2 refactor: drop QuantityOnHand from CutList.Mcp inventory tools 
Matches the REST API's StockItemDto/CreateStockItemDto shape after
inventory quantity tracking removal. Republished to
~/.claude/mcp/CutList.Mcp/.

Add HTTP client methods for job CRUD, parts, stock, packing, and

ajandClaude Opus 4.6 177affabf0 refactor: Decouple MCP server from direct DB access 
Replace direct EF Core/DbContext usage in MCP tools with HTTP calls
to the CutList.Web REST API via new ApiClient. Removes CutList.Web
project reference from MCP, adds Microsoft.Extensions.Http instead.
