No job workflow ever called these (receive/use/adjust/scrap/recalculate)
- inventory quantity tracking is being removed per
docs/superpowers/specs/2026-08-01-remove-inventory-quantity-tracking-design.md.
Add controllers for suppliers, stock items, jobs, cutting tools, and
packing. Refactor MaterialsController to use MaterialService with
dimension-aware CRUD, search, and bulk operations. Extract DTOs into
dedicated files.
